This information includes a template for a lockdown working permit as well as information about Temporary Employer/Employee Relief Scheme (TERS) and forms UI 19, UI 2.7 and UI 2.8
The members’ only section requires a username and password. We provide maintenance of Power Services.

|Restrictions||The Lockdown begins on Thursday 26 March 2020 at 23:49 and will remain in force for 21 days. The categories of people exempted from this lockdown are as follows: Health Workers in the Public and Private Sector, Emergency Personnel, Security services – such as the police, traffic officers, military medical personnel, soldiers and other persons necessary for our response to the pandemic.The people exempted also include those involved in the production, distribution and supply of food and basic goods, essential banking services, the maintenance of power, water and telecommunications, laboratory services and the provision of medical and hygiene products.We will not use personnel known to be infected or with exposure to Covid-19 and our staff will have with them the necessary PPE and wear it in all circumstances which requires them to protect themselves, the clients and members of the public. The employee will carry with him/her adequate identification at all times. This permit applies only if the employee is at work, travelling to work or travelling from work. Its use under any other circumstances is strictly prohibited.We confirm that the employee has been fully inducted on Covid-19 and will act with due care. The employer has implemented Workplace Preparedness: Covid -19 (SARS-CoV-Virus) as issued by The Department of Employment and Labour and reviewed risk assessments accordingly in terms of paragraph 4.|
