Estimating and tendering successfully is key to survival in tough economic times and, in line with the ECA(SA)’s commitment to providing relevant training courses for members, Wynand Cronje from Kunaku Procurement Solutions will present a Services SETA-accredited two-day Estimating and Tendering course at the ECA(SA) Highveld regional office in Meadowdale on 10 and 11 October 2019.
This valuable course will cover:
- Calculating different costs and ratios.
- Calculating cost to company as well as cost to client.
- Compiling a quotation.
- Setting realistic tariffs.
- Contract documentation.
- Compiling a tender document.
- Detailed overview of relevant legislation including
but not limited to:
- Newly revised Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2017;
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act;
- Machinery and Occupational Safety;
- SANS 10142-1;
- Labour Relations Act.
Please note: Only 25 candidates can be accommodated at this course, and it is recommended that bookings should be done as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
The cost of the course is R4 000 per person for ECA(SA) members and R5 000 per person for non-members – which includes course material, lunch and beverages on both days.
