THE ECASA/DHET/NATIONAL SKILLS FUND: 3-YEAR APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME

The Electrical Contractors’ Association (SA) has been appointed as a service provider to deliver the New Artisan Development Programme- Apprenticeship in the North West, Mpumalanga and Western Cape Provinces by the National Skills Fund in conjunction with the Department of Higher Education and Training. The project seeks to train hundred and ten (110) apprentices.
Thirty-five (35) of the candidates will be from the Mafikeng municipal district, thirty-five (35) from the Nkangala municipal district and fifty (50) from the Cape Metro.
The minimum requirement for participation is N3 Electrical Engineering certificate.
Intended start date: July 2022.

We are inviting applications from qualifying persons in the above-mentioned areas.
Successful applicants will be provided with basic tools, PPE and training at the ECASA training centres. They will also be placed with host employers for experiential learning purposes and will be paid R3 000 as a monthly stipend.
