How exciting it is to approach the beginning of an amazing new year with new opportunities. Following the welcome Festive Season holidays, we hope that everyone is well rested to be excited and energised by the new projects and plans coming to fruition over 2024.
It is with great enthusiasm that I extend a heartfelt welcome to our National Executive Committee (NEC), ECA Staff, sponsors and our valued clients.
It is with great excitement that our people – the staff – of ECA(SA) are brimming with excitement to play their respective roles in fulfilling our association’s delivery of services and products under the guidance of our National Director, Mark Mfikoe. Realising our set of core values is all about defining and reaching above current definitions of excellence. Excellence in service delivery to both members and non-members.
Our team is committed and unwaveringly loyal to the task at hand and to our organisation. The team’s clear dedication and consistent prioritisation of our goals ensures that every member-business is valued.
We as the NEC believe in fostering a culture of cooperation, within the organisation, to members and the indispensable sponsors of the ECA.
This involves a team-centric approach to problem solving, expertise in various matters, including: technical, labour legislation, contractual and training needs, to mention just some.
ECA members and staff represent collective decades of specialist expertise. We are propelled by a shared commitment to every members success. We bring our unique skills to the table pooling our resources, knowledge and expertise.
Finally, I continue to be amazed by the appreciation, kindness and support we, who make up the NEC, receive from our families, members and staff, looking forward to the great things we will accomplish together in this new year.
