VACANCY FOR A TRAINING ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – ECA CAPE TOWN OFFICE

The Electrical Contractors Association of S.A. (ECA)(SA) has a full-time permanent position available for a suitably qualified person in its Cape Town office.

The successful candidate should be available to commence 01 February 2025 and shall be responsible for training administration and control at the Cape Town Training Centre.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of2 years’ training administration experience in a similar environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and sound administration.
  • Being able to speak a second language will be advantageous.
  • Monthly submission of training reports and course documentation.
  • Scheduling and invoicing of accredited training course registrations, for students.
  • Assisting all stakeholders with all training-related course queries.
  • Compiling, submitting and record keeping of training documentation, and results.
  • Purchasing of training centre materials and equipment.
  • Following up regularly with the relevant SETA’S and the DOEL to obtain outstanding documentation.
  • Assisting the Training coordinator.

Duties include:

The ECA offers a basic salary of R12,000.00 per month and benefits.
